Villa Oasis self-catering vacation rental is not designed to offer cheap accommodation but in practice offers cheap vacations. The bigger expense for a family in holidays is feeding.
For our guests, restaurants are not a need but an entertainment. They usually shop in supermarkets and prepare their meals by themselves. They use to dine outdoors, in their verandas, balconies and patios or in the barbeque area enjoying the view, the sea breeze and our beautiful garden.
The following rates are per apartment per night for 4 persons. Extra bed can be added in the ground floor apartments with an extra cost of 10 euro per night. The East top floor studio with the breathtaking view is charged 10 euro per night more.
Minimum reservation 7 nights.

Discounts – extra charges
We offer 5% discount for longer than 2 week bookings and 10% for longer than 4 week ones.
The east top floor studio is extra charged 10 euro per night because of the best sea view.
Last minute offers
A last minute offer is the exact available space between existing reservations.
We offer it as a package with great discount.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation an advance payment of 25% of the total cost (not less than 2 nights) is needed.
Swift transfer to our bank account or PayPal or Western Union or MoneyGram can be used.
Balance has to be paid or bank transferred on the second day.
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival, full refund.
If there will be any travel limitations, prepayment will be refunded.

Check out time before 10:00
