Each top floor studio has its own 40 m² private terrace with magnificent panoramic view. The indoor area is 26 m2.

There are two apartments on the middle floor. Each apartment (32 m2 + 9 m2 balcony) has entrance from the back side and a private balcony with sea view in the front.

There are 2 ground floor apartments. Each one has entrance from the front side, from the garden through the private patio of the apartment.
